• The apartments are available from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your apartment by 9:00 am.
• Pets are welcome upon request. We charge €25 per night for your four-legged friend (without food).
• Smoking is not permitted indoors nor in the apartments. We ask you to smoke in the outdoor areas.

• The prices are in euros per night for the lower stated number of people in the respective apartment.
• The price does not include the local tax, which is charged separately on site per day and person (from 14 years).

Our little guests

• Children aged 0 to 3 can holiday with us for free.
• Toddler equipment (cot, table seat, high chair & baby bathtub) is available upon request for an additional charge of €15 per day.

We accept cash, debit and credit cards.

To secure a booking, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total price.

Cancellation policy

You can´t stay with us in Anterselva as planned? If that is the case there is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code, but we offer our guests the following cancellation conditions:

• Up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge, only the deposit will be retained
• From 3 to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the booking price will be charged
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booking price will be charged
• Cancellation in the last week before arrival: 90% of the booking price will be charged
• In case of no-show of one or more persons, early departure or later arrival than planned, the unused days will be charged at 100%.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
